1. Article 1 Acquisition of Personal Information

    The ZET-summit Executive Committee will acquire personal information legally and fairly in the following ways

    1. Various inquiries
    2. Applications for lectures, seminars, etc. (applications for participation, sponsorship, speaking engagements, etc.)
  2. Article 2 Purpose of Use of Personal Information

    Personal information provided to the ZET-summit Executive Committee through various inquiries and applications for ZET-summit projects will be shared only with the ZET-summit Executive Committee and will be used within the scope of the following purposes of use.

    1. To confirm the contents of various applications and send related information.
    2. To confirm the lecture or seminar for which you have applied and to send you related information.
    3. To send you information on projects sponsored by the ZET-summit Executive Committee.
    4. To ask for your opinions and impressions for the purpose of improving lectures, seminars, and other services.
  3. Article 3 Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

    1. The ZET-summit Executive Committee will not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases
      1. When we have obtained your prior consent
      2. When outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information to an outside contractor to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use
      3. Disclosure of information received for various inquiries, applications, and registrations for participation related to the sponsors
      4. When required or permitted by a court of law, statute, or other law
      5. When disclosing information in a manner that prevents personal identification

Notwithstanding the provision of the preceding paragraph, in the event that personal information is to be provided to a third party (excluding those who have established a system that conforms to the standards designated by the Rules of the Personal Information Protection Commission Regulations under Article 28 of the Personal Information Protection Law) located in a foreign country (excluding countries designated in the Personal Information Protection Commission Regulations under Article 28 of the same Law), the ZET-summit Executive Committee shall obtain the prior consent of the individual to the effect that the personal information may be provided to the third party located abroad.
  4. Article 4: Management of Personal Information

    The ZET-summit Executive Committee and its subcontractors will be supervised to ensure that personal information is handled appropriately, and measures will be taken to prevent leakage, loss, or falsification of personal information.

  5. Article 5: Disclosure of registered contents of personal information, addition, change, correction and deletion of registered information

    Upon request from the person concerned, the ZET-summit Executive Committee will disclose the personal information held by the ZET-summit Executive Committee, and add, change, correct, or delete the registered information. Requests must be made in person.

  6. Article 6 About the website

    Some parts of the ZET-summit website use cookies and web beacons in order to improve and modify the services and other content of the website to better satisfy our customers.
